Most items are despatched directly from our Auckland warehouse. The majority of orders are despatched within 24 hours. Items despatched directly from the manufacturer may take upto 2-3 days and items supplied from overseas may take up to 20 days to arrive. Orders are despatched by carrier, courier or post, except where otherwise instructed.

Freight charges are applicable and standard rates are as follows:

Auckland Metro Area $ 7.50 up to 25kg, North Island $ 10.50 up to 10kg, South Island $13.50 up to 10kg

Additional freight charges may apply on larger items. Please request further information regarding freight charges if required.
