HOW TO ORDER FROM SPORTIME

Mail, fax, email and now online ordering through this website is available. Quote your order number,  code number and product descriptions and orders received by 10 am will be despatched that day. Orders received after 2 pm will be despatched the following day. (In stock product).

PRICES AND SPECIFICATIONS

Product specifications are current at the time of publication however due to typographical errors or changes from our suppliers these specifications are subject to change. Prices are current at the time of publication however due to typograhical errors or cost increases from our suppliers it may occassionally be necessary to increase prices up to 10%. Your complete satisfaction is always guaranteed. All prices include GST. 

PAYMENT

Payment is due 20th of the month following the date of the invoice. Prices shown all include GST.  Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or direct debit. If you are paying by direct debit the account number is 060 294 0114491 00 please include your invoice number when paying by direct debit.

GUARANTEE

Every product you buy from Sportime is covered by a 12 month manufacturers guarantee against product fault.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES IN SHIPMENT

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you have a damage or shortage please call us. It is important to refuse damaged boxes, or else sign for them as damaged pending further inspection. Concealed damage then can be reported to the delivery carriers within 24 hours.

RETURNS

If you decide to return product call our office 0800 663 553 to obtain a return authorization. Freight charges for returned goods must be paid by sender unless it is our mistake. Return claims must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods.

FREIGHT

Most items are despatched directly from our Auckland warehouse. The majority of orders will be despatched within 24 hours. Items despatched directly from manufacturer may take up to 2 - 3 days and items supplied from overeas may take up to 20 days to arrive. Orders are despatched by carrier, courier or post except where otherwise instructed.
